Banner Raid!

The Swinging Saguaros club sent a brave group of raiders from Tucson to the Thunder Mountain Twirlers in Sierra Vista to recover our banner and capture theirs. 


Okay, so perhaps they are more placards than banners, but these are far more easily transported.  In any event we recovered ours and swiped theirs.
Mission accomplished!

Holiday Dance and Potluck

We cancelled our regular class lesson and club dance on this night, and invited the class, club, and visitors to enjoy a potluck and dance at class level all night.


Good food, good friends, short lines.


Question: What could possibly be more fun during the holiday season than food, friends, and square dancing?


Answer: Puppies and kittens!

Dinner for Nancy's 65th

Paul treated his wife, Nancy, to a catered dinner to celebrate her 65th birthday, and he invited all of us too!


Oops!  Simple transposition of digits.  It really was Nancy's 65th birthday.
